Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using iFoxPro you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. The service

We provide cloud software for managing mobile shops, including web and mobile applications. Features may change as the service improves.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for your users, their permissions and keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Fees & trial

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly. Free trials convert only when you choose a plan. Fees exclude applicable taxes.

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service under our Data Processing Agreement and you can export it at any time.

6. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
