How does IMEI-based management work?
Every phone is stored with its IMEI 1 and IMEI 2. You scan the IMEI when purchasing, selling, transferring or repairing, and the system keeps the full history, prevents duplicates and stops sold devices from being sold twice.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. All branches work under one account with branch-level permissions, stock transfers with approval, and consolidated or per-branch reports.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The owner app for Android and iOS shows live sales, stock and staff activity, scans IMEIs with the camera and lets you approve transfers, discounts and expenses.
Where is my data stored and is it safe?
Your data runs on a 3-layer cloud: a main server for live work, a real-time replica for automatic failover and an encrypted backup server. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and monitored 24/7.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We act as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement, support access, export and erasure requests, list our sub-processors and notify about breaches within 72 hours.
